Tomato Salad

Hot Salmon Chowder
INGREDIENTS 35g Karimix Tomato Chutney
20g Karimix Aubergine Pickle
2 larger tomatoes sliced lengthwise
3 spring onions sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbs olive oil - optional
little gem lettuce sliced lengthwise


METHOD
  1. Mix in Karimix Tomato Chutney with the sliced vegetables.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Arrange on a plate and serve as a salad starter or as with some kebabs.
