Mango Mash

| INGREDIENTS |
2 large potatoes
2 tbl Karimix Mango Chutney
20g butter
30ml milk
Salt and pepper to taste

| METHOD |
- Peel potatoes and boil until soft.
- Drain and mash coarsely.
- Mix in butter, Karimix Mango Chutney and milk and stir in well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with
Spicy Tamarind Pork.
