Thai Citrus and Lemongrass Sauce

Sweet piquant taste delicately laced with lemongrass and lemon juice giving it a zingy flavour. Fabulous when served with cooked noodles. Alternatively mix with mayonnaise, yoghurt of crème fraiche as a dip for chicken, fish in batter or as a sandwich spread. Add to stir-fry with fish or pork or mix with coconut cream for a mild Thai curry.
